Talking to other Hivians, they all agree that this is like a long-distance race, so my advice is to enjoy the journey. It sounds cliché, but as you improve, because you will always have something to learn or improve, you can avoid feeling burnt out, because right now writing is the closest thing to being a one-man band with your projects, your blog and your social media.

I don't know if it was the translator's fault, but I thought the parrot thing was very funny. Maybe it comes down to a question of willpower. I think it's very easy to get hooked on rewards. We get so high on them that when they don't come, we just behave like birds and migrate to warmer places.
