Beemster Extra Aged Gouda, 26 months old (or a bit more) ... get your cheese, wine, and salted caramel fix in EVERY BITE! There are SO MANY that I love, but when I think of what I would buy if I only had money for cheese or sweets, I'm not skimping -- I'm getting my Beemster!

Now that is another awesome Dutch cheese!!!
It is -- I like Gouda in general, and smoked Gouda is another step up, but Beemster Extra Aged is just something special -- French Mimolette is close, too!
