I suffer from serious anxiety problems, but I don't write about it because I like to show in my blog the beautiful thing that comes out of me which are the crafts and with them I relax. but I love to see that you help people with all kinds of problems both mental and other indoles, that is satisfying for me. Sorry to hear that you are suffering with anxiety. I am glad to hear that you have an outlet, crafts etc and that is wonderful. I checked out a few of your posts, your work is gorgeous :)
Folks can post in the "spoonies unite" community without discussing their illnesses if they choose to. I created the community to make it easier for me to curate content from those with chronic illnesses and their allies.
In fact, I have been suffering from it for many years, all because of the deterioration of the country, but every day it becomes more acute, perhaps because of the situation of the country that continues to deteriorate, problems with electricity, internet, inflation, etc., etc. But we continue fighting and enduring, although anxiety comes alone and the symptoms are terrible.
