That's a good idea! I just 9, but this doesn't matter... Good idea! I thought almost often about to restart training after my motorcycle crash... I already did your hint a second ago - to be honest: not 50. Last training is a few days ago... I will take your comment as a hint from the universe...

And sure this can be done quiet often per day - just a thing of minutes...

I am doing it daily in 2 mins and I started 1 week ago or something.
All 50 in one go, no rest :P

Today is honestly the only day I skipped, because I had tummy-ache for a few hours eariler :/
