I just bought 5k instantly bidding lower than the listed price (I didn't intend for it to be an instant fill but the bots sold it to me). You don't have to go too slowly but I wouldn't bid more than like 20k at a time.But thats just me. Most of my bids will likely be between 5-10k tokens.
