I experienced how hard it is to choose winners! Back in time when I run the IYC contests I came up in asking the actual 3 winners to help with "judgement" in the next month. It worked the way that each one sent me his personal 3 "winners" in discord.
So I got a list and still had my own voice to add my own considerations. It worked perfect, the external view on the posts picked out the very best and this also increased the encouragement within the community.
Maybe an idea for you 😘
