This is the Daily Development Pulse on the https://hivepulse.app with the aim to present the current progress, completed work or ongoing tasks. I am trying to move ahead with key priorities based on the project status in order to provide real deliverables to the end users from the Hive blockchain.

On 15th of May 2026 I find myself still working on the infrastructure that the website will be running on. I am not far away from that, but there are still some bits that I need to put together before going live. This project that focuses on insights and intel about user activities on the Hive blockchain was on my mind for few years and only the technology barrier stopped me from bringing it to life. But now with the help of AI and of my brother which is a true developer, I am putting everything together and the shape is almost done. So here are my prelaunch activities that I have done lately.
I have update DNS records from the one that I bought to the hosting point of the new VPS IP. This has implied that I have configured the A and NS records and ended up verifying the propagation across global DNS servers. I have used a DNS Checker to track the configuration of the domain to the new VPS which took a couple of hours.
Nowadays I believe there should be a standard and common practice for any website to have TLS certs and secure the communication between client (browser) and the app. I generated specific SSL/TLS certificates using "Let’s Encrypt" authority, installed them on the server. I did not yet configured the renewal for secure HTTPS connections, but it remained in my TO DO List for the future.
Next I have set up the runtime environment and I've installed the required packages and libraries. Configured some specific data related to Hive API nodes and some others that imply blockchain actions.
I ended up configuring a web server (actually I just needed a Reverse proxy), set up the rules for it and ensured the application was accessible and properly routed. Didn't yet put it live as I still need to tweak some services to handle automatically different situation in order to ensure uptime for the app.

Step by step the infrastructure is unveiling and it gets completed. While these items involved quite a bit of time and work, the cost will stay at $0 considering that my time and my brother's time will be for free. Still, I will reflect this in the Financial report in order to list it as an item that needed to be done (in case anyone starting a new project finds it useful). I also have many ideas to improve it and make the most of it, but currently I am focusing to have everything I need for a healthy launch. It might not be perfect, but I simply want to see it live and continue the development from there. I hope I will receive community feedback to develop and shape it with the information that others would want to see, rather than to do something that nobody will use. I have started this app from my needs and the way I want to see the information, so I would say it response to certain needs. But let's see if I will have some buzz around it and grow it as much as possible.

STOPNot sure, what this app should do, but anyway I checked it out.
For info, the KE ratio is wrongly calculated. You divide by the HP but remove the delegations, so KE will be higher than it should be. The delegations should not be subtracted, since those are still HP owned by the user.
