There is a reason why we are so happy at Christmas. We consume pounds of chocolate and therefore masses of theobromine, a psychoactive substance found in cocoa beans. It is converted in the body into the happiness hormone serotonin and gets us all high.
But watch out for the Wonkas!!!

Wonkas are everywhere in our consumer landscape, so keep your eyes open or you'll end up eating from the street.
