Przy aktualnym ryzyku prawnym żadna większa giełda, która ma ekspozycję na UE (vide Mica) nie będzie rejestrować stablecoinów, zwłaszcza takiego bez podmiotu odpowiedzialnego i braku waluty fiat za nim stojącym (z tego co się orientuję MiCa zezwala na stablecoin pod X warunkami, których HBD nie jest w stanie spełnić). Rynek wewnętrzny Hive:HBD nie jest natomiast nigdzie notowany, a to tam 1 HBD warty jest około 1 USD w Hive. By kupić HBD kupuję najpierw Hive a potem zamieniam je na HBD przy wykorzystaniu właśnie wewnętrznego rynku. Oznacza to, tak naprawdę HBD, które kupuję kosztują ok. 1 USD i za tyle je mniej więcej jestem w stanie sprzedać - oczywiście o ile pozwoli na to płynność na Binance. Given the current legal risk, no major exchange with exposure to the EU (see MiCa) will register stablecoins, especially one without a responsible entity and no fiat currency behind it (from what I understand, MiCa allows stablecoins under X conditions that HBD cannot meet). However, Hive's internal market: HBD isn't listed anywhere, and there, 1 HBD is worth approximately 1 USD in Hive. To buy HBD, I first buy Hive and then convert it to HBD using the internal market. This means that the HBD I buy actually cost around 1 USD, and I can sell them for roughly that much—assuming liquidity on Binance allows. While writing this post, the price of HBD on Coingecko rose from $0.9 to $0.98, completely changing the report's outcome – we're back in the green zone, which indicates a profit. Not much, but we're only talking about three months of the program's operation. Zasady Hive'owego Programu Emerytalnego:

1. Uznaniową premię wplacaną na indywidualne konto Hive,
2. Premia w formie HBD,
3. W przyszłości przewiduję premię za np wynik, choć nie ukrywam, że wymagało by to większej transparentności i jakiegoś (choćby nieoficjalnego) regulaminu premiowania,
4. Premia wrzucana w savings,
5. Każdy z pracowników ma możliwość wypłaty wszystkich środków w każdym momencie z uwaględnieniem unstakingu,
6. Wypłata może nastąpić w HBD albo w PLN (minus 19%), może też nastąpić wydanie kluczy prywatnych do konta,
7. Dopóki będzie bitrefill to też pewnie będzie opcja wypłaty w tamtejszych produktach (to jest usługa podmiotu trzeciego więc nie będę w stanie zagwarantować, że będzie działać w przyszłości),
8. Nie pobieram żadnej prowizji za prowadzenie i obsługę,
9. Projekt niczego nie gwarantuje poza należytym i lojalnym działaniem z mojej strony,

Hive Pension Program Rules:

1. Discretionary bonus deposited into an individual Hive account,
2. Bonus in the form of Hive Bonus,
3. In the future, I anticipate a bonus, e.g., based on performance, although I must admit that this would require greater transparency and some (even unofficial) bonus regulations,
4. Bonus deposited into savings,
5. Each employee has the option to withdraw all funds at any time, taking into account unstaking,
6. Withdrawals can be made in Hive Bonus or PLN (minus 19%), and private keys to the account can also be issued,
7. As long as BitRefill exists, there will likely be a withdrawal option in their products (this is a third-party service, so I can't guarantee its future operation),
8. I don't charge any commission for management and service,
9. The project guarantees nothing except proper and loyal action on my part,
