Adhering to rulesets is crucial in Splinterlands for optimal team selection and winning battles. Rulesets modify gameplay mechanics, so ignoring them,like using ranged attackers under Fire and Regret,leads to self-damage from Return Fire, which returns 50% of ranged damage (rounded up) to the attacker.
I really enjoyed watching the battle @untilwelearn with the link. At the end, it turned out to a mismatch because you still had 5 cards that survived 😂
Yes, and that's why when they say these are basic lessons, they don't mean that they can be taken lightly. To win at Splinterlands, you need a good strategy and the right lineup; simply having good cards is not enough. Thank you for appreciating it! :)
