Unfortunately I will have to liquidate the rest of my land fairly quickly. I am not leaving the game and I will keep my keep. As the word suggests it it is something to keep.

For the full package I would like to ask for 1400$ This is approximately 10% under the current market prices for similar plots. You can certainly get some of theses cheaper on the market but not in this quantity and not all in one tract.

There is more in it for you since I will provide you with grain to kickstart your production and the development of the rest of the plots. I will also see to it that you shall receive tax refunds from taxes paid towards my keep.

why am I doing this

A few months back I had to liquidate a bunch of my cards to pay taxes. I did not have any other choice. This made it hard for me to work my land and instead of sitting on it and not working it I want it to be worked on.

I need the money. Unfortunately I still have to pay more taxes and it is kind of an emergency situation.

I hope a good Samaritan community member takes this weight of my shoulder and starts working the land in my tract.

My ideal buyer

My ideal buyer would be someone who really would like to play with the land and not just flip it for a quick buck. I have been holding onto these plots for so long that I really want to give them into good caring hands.
I hope someone like this steps up.
