SBT Is Back - Winning Gold Foil And Legendary Cards!

I haven't updated about the SBT Project for quite some time (I think the last update was in Nov 2024) and it's a good time to do an update because it is back again!

For those who are not familiar and are new to this project, SBT is Splinterlands Battle Token. This is a project which @itzninjafool has put a tremendous amount of effort and resources into, and I have been around into the Discord channel for a while and I really enjoy the events and raffles!

So what happened???

As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, the SBT project can be vulnerable to key man risk, and the project was halted for a couple of weeks recently. No raffles, no drips, no curations, because @itzninjafool had real life stuff to deal with.

After what seemed like a loooong break, we have some official news from @sbtofficial!

First up, the raffles have resumed but the tier requirements will have some changes.

Of course there are still the usual 2 more free for all raffles, making it to the same old 6 raffles per day.

If you are wondering if it's worth the increased requirements for the various tiers, let me share with you what I have won just THIS WEEK!

Over 3 consecutive days, I won a Baakjira, Qid Yuff, and a Gold Foil Merdaali Guardian! Putting out the current prices of these cards. That's almost 5 USD worth! But of course, luck was perhaps in my favour since these draws are random.

SBT TOKEN

So let's see how much does it currently to join the respective tiers. At time of writing now, you can get 1 million SBT for about 21 to 29 Hive! Let's take 29 Hive is the sell order side.

• To join Legendary tier, you need to stake 1,000,000 SBT, which is 29 Hive (~USD 7.25)
• To join Epic tier, you need to stake 500,000 SBT, which is 14.5 Hive (~USD 3.63)
• To join Rare tier, you need to stake 250,000 SBT, which is 7.25 Hive (~USD 1.81)
• To join Common tier, you need to stake 100,000 SBT, which is 2.90 Hive (~USD 0.73).
