Guild Brawls With Pizza 2 - Navigating Through New Rulesets

Time flies! Just completed the 274th brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!

  • Moving Back To Bronze Fray

Had 8 battles this time and it was not an easy round, especially when they have recently introduced 3 rulesets for each battle. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days.

  • We Got 10th!!!

So for the final result, we were last out of 10 guilds and got 50 Merits and around 2 SPS! Who knows how much one SPS would go to in this market?

Individually, I had 8 fights this time and I won 6 of them this time! Finished 1st within the guild. Due to change in format, wins are actually awarded to the players present in the fray if guilds decided to skip the fray. For this round, there was 1 additional win for me.

It's Quora Towershead again, and with just 26 mana, it was almost impossible to win over here.

Battle 3 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Orella Abadon

Everything happened so fast in this unique ruleset! My opponent didn't strategise in this new ruleset and had their Gorth capped at 4 HP. It's always tricky to learn new rulesets and put out a decent team with the time constraint.

Battle 4 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Gorth

Wow a showdown battle between Gorth and Quora Towershead. And guess what? Gorth actually won! Hahahaha. Totally unexpected.

Gladius Card Used: None

Was thoroughly beaten in this one. Djinn Oshannus was just strong a tank to fight against and my lineup was not as good as I hoped.

Battle 6 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Sola Ranjell

Another Quora Towershead but my strong combination of Iziar and two healers took the battle all the way to 12 rounds. And we won!

Opponent fled again! We take another win!

Battle 8 - WIN

Opponent fled again! We take yet another win!

So that sums up my 8 battles for this brawl! 75% win rate this time, considering having to fight against 3 Quora Towersheads, definitely a good result! Let's keep fighting PIZZA 2!
