Guild Brawls With Pizza 2 - Back To Business After Twists And Turns

Time flies! Just completed the 304th brawl with my awesome guild, which is none other than Pizza 2 The Deep Dish!

• Moving Back To Bronze Fray

Had 5 battles this time and it was not an easy round, especially when they have recently introduced 3 rulesets for each battle. Moreover, I have rented out most of my cards because I was playing lesser these days.

• We Got 8th!!!

So for the final result, we were 8th out of 9 guilds and got 150 Merits and around 6 SPS!

Individually, I had 5 fights this time and I won all 5 of them this time! Finished 2nd within the guild. Due to change in format, wins are actually awarded to the players present in the fray if guilds decided to skip the fray. For this round, there were 3 additional wins for me.

Oh well.. It's Quora Towershead again. Fortunately our damage output was well on top thanks to Weapons Training from Kulu Mastermind, and so we had 4 hard hitters. Enough to get the job done! Off to a good start!

The secret weapon strikes again! Delwyn Dragonscale once again leads a full Magic lineup and even against Quora Towershead, our team was strong enough to clinch the win!

Battle 3 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Witch Of Warwick

Eggceleration ruleset has to be my favourite ruleset because it is so exciting to watch! It was so tough facing Quora Towershead AGAIN but my team did sooo well in this battle. A lot of good cards taking advantage of this strategy, especially with Life Leech and Double Strike cards, and we were able to protect the right cards and let them hit when they mattered most. Kudos to Mindless Thrall for the Phase ability and clocking a whole lot of misses and avoiding a potential Bloodlust boost for the opposing the Quora Towershead. Would be a nightmare if that were to happen.

Battle 5 - WIN

Gladius Card Used: Larissa Kerato, Captain Katie and Sola Ranjell

With 3 Gladius cards for battle, there was no way I was going to lose right? But no, I was so wrong! I was having a tough time for most parts of the battle fighting the opposing Djinn Oshannus at the front, but it was Captain Katie that was helping a lot with the Snipe hits. But it was still not enough, at the closing stages, it was Sola Ranjell who kept Captain Katie alive. Otherwise, it would have been a loss. Incredibly lucky that everything fell in place in this battle.

So that sums up my 5 battles for this brawl! 100% win rate this time, with a lot of twists and turns! Let's keep fighting PIZZA 2!
