Packs will be at 5$ each, idk what will be the demand of this set, whales mostly would be my guess, this game's direction it's excluding to the 70% of their playerbase easily.

With DEC it'll be 5000 x 0.0006 = $3
Wtih SPS it'll be 350 x 0,0078 = $2,73
Both are close and will compete with each other, when a sale happened in the past it was the time the DEC PEG returned closer to 1000 = $1 now they are getting both tokens in one time. Idk how the flywheel (burn SPS for DEC) will happen again :/

I don't see it happening right now, maybe when the bulls return if the game keeps going. SL usually performs quite decently in bears though, we will see.
