Hello fellow inhabitants of Praetoria and Splinterlands lovers, times flies when you're having fun and also when you are busy, so it is that time again, just before the end of season!
At the time of writing this post there is 4 hours and 46 minutes left, but I have drained both of my accounts energy all the way down to zero so I am able to skip the first day of the new season, in the first days of a new season the battles are harder to win because the strong accounts fell down in rating and now are bullying the weaker accounts...
I started making an end of season post just before the end of season a couple of weeks ago, it's fun to do and easy for myself to look back on my previous earnings and performance, or the lack of that 😅.
The last season was only a short one because a season is tied to the length of the current month, and February is short, so the season was too.
On my last season report I earned a total of 170k glint on my Diamond account and 106k on my Gold account, this time due to the longer season and renting SPS I earned a lot more!
Last post I was manually calculating my win rates to then find out SplinterCards can do this for you on this page, the battles in Diamond are very hard for me so again I am below 50% and did worse from 49.46% last season to 48.3% now.
I did however obliterated my personal glint earning of roughly 220k, this season I earned just over 251k glint 😍
On my Gold account my win rating was even worse with only 47.5%, I had 48.17% last season.
Win rate isn't the most important thing in Ranked Battles for me, it is the fun and I don't mind losing at all, it's mostly because my opponents just have certain cards I don't have or sometimes I was just being stupid 😅
My glint earnings are way up for this account as well, from 106k last season to 186k Glint this season, that's really nice!!!
I have to say I played both accounts every day and try to never let my total energy reach 50, this consumes quite some time daily, which I'm fine with because I really enjoy the game, after the launch of Conclave Arcana my Gold account will be handled by the bot in Wild (with the max level summoners from my other account).
So I will have a lot of spare time by then, I will see what I will do with that 😆 and also I am not sure what I will do with my Gold level Chaos Legion deck, maybe put it in Survival or when the price is right sell it.
This is always difficult, do you have a set strategy every time? It also depends on your future plans, for my Diamond account now, it will be playing in Modern Silver in the new Modern League so there's no reason to upgrade my reward cards beyond Silver level so now I am concentrating on the Legendary draws because they are the only rarity I don't have max silver at.
For this account, it will be played by the bot in Wild so it can use max cards thanks to the Chaos Legion summoners, and that takes forever!
I am now at mostly level 7 for commons, level 5 for rares, level 3 or 4 for epics and level 1 for legendary and I don't even own them all.
With the league promotion chests the chance for getting commons and rares is pretty high, so I am buying 1 legendary draw 5 - 10 epic draws depending on my total glint for that season and divide the remaining glint between commons and rares.
If you haven't made an account already, please consider using my referral link to sign up, I'll happily send the amount I get for your signup back to you in DEC or SPS to help you start.
Also, when you require any help to get you started, let me know, I'm here to advice and guide new players and maybe I can help you with card delegations too!
Have a great day!
Thanks for sharing! - @azircon

This is nice glint amount, congratulations
thnx!!! how are you proceeding with your reward set and I'm curious what your plans are for the new modern rotation without Chaos Legion, is Tofu still delegating you max level cards?
I am planning to take cards on the rental when Chaos Legion goes out. I still have cards delegation from tofu and I will try to get it extended if possible. Delegated cards are very very helpful.
