There were talks of splinterlands leaving Hive, I think over the argument of funding, a few weeks ago. I think those people do not really understand that that Hive & splinterlands share a deeper connection beyond that's profitable for both two.

Leaving to another blockchain is not like it will come with any funding from that. Thus, I don't see that as a viable option.
I don't see it as a viable option too. However sometimes maxis felt splinterlands could be better off without hive..
