I’ve been actively involved in Splinterlands since 2021. From the very beginning, I was drawn to the game’s unique mechanics and potential. It was @bamlolx who first introduced me to Splinterlands, sharing his excitement about his first week of playing. Initially, I joined just for fun, but over time, my passion for splinterlands and it's ecosystem grew—and it’s something I still enjoy today!
However, for me, it was never just about playing. With over 15 years of programming experience, I quickly started looking for ways to contribute and apply my skills to expand and improve the Splinterlands ecosystem, Hive, and Hive Engine. My focus has always been on building tools, enhancing functionality, and creating solutions that benefit both players and node operators.
When Validator Licenses were announced, and I learned that an SPS Chain was in development, I didn’t hesitate to invest. I secured four licenses during the presale, believing in the long-term potential of this ecosystem. Now, with the SPS Chain finally live, I’m fully committed to running a stable and scalable node to support the network’s growth.
To further improve reliability, I have also set up a dedicated backup server to minimize potential downtime and prevent node failures. This ensures that my node remains operational and responsive, even in the event of unexpected issues.
Over the years, I’ve worked on several community-driven projects alongside @bamlolx, and we’ve made many of them publicly available for others to use. I also actively contributed to game security in my early days, reporting potential exploits to Hardpoint (one of the developers at the time) to help strengthen the platform rather than taking advantage of them. My goal has always been to support and improve the ecosystem for everyone.
Beyond Splinterlands, I’m also involved in Hive-Engine and step in whenever help is needed. For example, during the 2025 February Hive-Engine downtime, I worked actively to help restore operations as quickly as possible. Together with other witnesses, we discussed ways to prevent future attacks, and I voluntarily took on the task of developing, testing, and implementing security improvements. These changes have been live since March 4, 2025, strengthening the system against similar incidents.
The SPS Chain has only been live for a short time and we have already built and launched several initiatives to support node operators and the community:
These tools are freely available to help node operators monitor their performance and secure their operations more efficiently.
I’m truly excited to be part of this growing ecosystem and to help make the SPS Chain a success. My goal is to keep building, supporting, and contributing, ensuring that we all benefit from a stable and thriving network.
I also want to take a moment to thank @bamlolx for being a fantastic collaborator, @cryptoeater & @eco-instant for their continued support and for helping manage our Discord community.
If you believe in what we’re building and the work we’re doing, I would greatly appreciate your vote. Let’s grow and improve this ecosystem together! 🚀
Best developer i have ever worked with in 15 years!
Lets build things up and do great stuff in the future.
