Splinterlands Share Your Battle Weekly Challenge: SUPPLY RUNNER

Hi friends, I love participating in the weekly Share Your Battle Challenges from the @Splinterlands team, and each time I look forward to seeing the "monster of the week" announced. In fact, it's a great excuse to try out new strategies, take a fresh look at your deck, and prioritize your cards.

This time the guys suggested using the neutral archer Supply Runner, and I have to say that my intuition was correct, so this weekend I pumped him up to level 3.

I can't say I use it often, but in battles with Target Practice or Keep Your Distance (no melee monsters), it's a great addition to the deck, and its relatively low cost is justified by its good attack, speed, and life metrics.

So after fighting a few battles with this card today, I decided to go with Even Stevens Rule, where I used it with the Earth element.

So my lineup:

MYLOR CROWLING summoner, which gives cards the ability to return damage.

The first position is FURIOUS CHICKEN, so that the enemy tank hurts itself first and to distract the enemy "fast" cards with Opportunity ability.

On the second position FLESH GOLEM, one of my favorites, with a great health regeneration ability and good speed and attack prameters.

The third line was taken by WOOD NYMPH, which in addition to magical damage helps to restore the health of my tank. The longer it lasts, the better chance the archers have.

On the fourth position - SUPPLY RUNNER, to strengthen the attacks on the first position of the enemy.

Completing the combo is legendary FUNGUS FIEND, a great card to cover the rear and distract enemy cards with Sneak or Opportunity abilities. Combined with Thorns ability, which the summoner gives, it's a very clever move on my part :)

The opponent staked on magical attacks, boosted by OBSIDIAN and chose the excellent defense UNICORN MUSTANG, but the difference in levels played its role, and SUPPLY RUNNER was perfect where my tank and mage couldn't get through.

Happy to share my experience, and good luck with this challenge!
