I think early on prices will stop people using them with standard packs but later in the general sale there will be low price and over production that will enable more to add them to standard packs too. When I eventually get up to production I’ll create them for myself and probably won’t produce enough to sell on as I’ll be stacking legendary packs until all the airdrops are out.

I'm pretty sure prices will drop by the time the presale will end and packs could be opened. The question is to what level will they drop.
That may be a very good strategy. 😀 Time will tell.
