Has the world ever stopped being a crazy and chaotic place, NO and I don't think this is going to ever change. There is always something trying to get under our skin, things to worry about, things that try to take away our peace especially if we let them.
Yeah alot of time we have a say on either to have peace of mind or let the chaotic world get into us. And only when we maintain our inner peace can we relate with the world around us in a peaceful way, which is very important.
The interesting thing is that we human are created in such an amazing way, we were built very strong than we even realize sometimes, to withstand anything that comes our ways and to thrive in our environment no matter how chaotic it's.
Personally, there is nothing worth my peace of mind, aside not letting anything take away my peace here are few habits I do practice when things get chaos or called them little habits that keeps me grounded.
Food
They say we are what we eat, I'm very intentional about the things I put inside my mouth, do they boost my energy and mood? What nutritional benefits do they have to my body system and I think this is very important. I'm someone who believes that we can eat our way into having a healthy body and a peaceful mind. Take this from someone who once indulge in bad eating habits and paid heavily for it, it took the grace of God to get my great health back and my peace of mind.
Here is my special tiger nut milk drink, a super food, highly nutritional, taste heavenly with lots of health benefits. I never joke with this one lol.
There are things I don't eat not because they are not available to me or I can't afford them but because I considered them to have too little benefits to my body system. A healthy body is a peaceful mind sometimes a simple home recipe packed with health benefits like the one above is all I need to keep going.
Music
Music please, What is this world without good music, with the right melody and tune that inspire us and help us find ourselves.
When everything go south around me sometimes music comes to my rescue, it's inspired, and reminds me of the things I need to hear and keeps me grounded.
This is why I have got various type of songs on my playlists that I play time to time, especially when the need arises. Thank goodness there are so many talents out there who have blessed our ears with beautiful and awesome music. All I need to do is just pick the one that aligns with my mood at any point and let the melody take my soul on a peaceful ride.
Taking a walk
I simply cannot be the only one who thinks that taking a walk is underrated? Stepping outside every chance I get, taking note and admiring anything in my environment that got my attention is healing and can maintain peace within me.
Writing
Writing is healing and my safe place; it's one of the best ways I communicate with myself. Letting out my thoughts here for others to read, or simply jotting them down in my diary, especially when everything feels weird, is therapeutic.
These and a few others are little but very important habits that I have formed over time that keep me grounded in a chaotic world.

Lo interesante es que los humanos somos creados de una manera tan increíble, hemos sido construidos muy fuertes de lo que a veces nos damos cuenta, para soportar cualquier cosa que venga por nuestro camino y prosperar en nuestro entorno no importa cuán caótico sea.
Personalmente, no hay nada que valga la pena mi tranquilidad. Aparte de no dejar que nada me quita la paz aquí son pocos hábitos que practico cuando las cosas se vuelven caóticas o los llamo pequeños hábitos para mantenerme en tierra.
La comida
Dicen que somos lo que comemos, soy muy intencional con las cosas que pongo dentro de mi boca. ¿Me aumentan la energía y el estado de ánimo? ¿Qué beneficios nutricionales tienen para mi sistema corporal y creo que esto es muy importante? Soy alguien que cree que podemos comer nuestro camino hacia tener un cuerpo saludable y una mente pacífica. Toma esto de alguien que una vez se entregó a malos hábitos alimenticios y pagó mucho por ello, necesitaba la gracia de Dios para recuperar mi gran salud y mi paz mental.
Aquí está mi bebida especial de leche de nuez del tigre, un alimento muy nutritivo y con muchos beneficios para la salud Nunca bromeo con esto
Hay cosas que no como, no porque no estén disponibles para mí o no puedo pagarlas, sino porque consideré que tienen demasiados beneficios para mi sistema corporal. Un cuerpo saludable es una mente tranquila a veces una receta casera simple llena de beneficios para la salud como la anterior es todo lo que necesito para seguir adelante.
Música
Música por favor, ¿Qué es este mundo sin buena música, con la melodía y el tono adecuados que nos inspiran y nos ayudan a encontrarnos?
Cuando todo va hacia el sur a veces la música viene a mi rescate, me inspira y me recuerda las cosas que necesito escuchar y me mantiene en tierra.
Por eso tengo varios tipos de canciones en mis listas de reproducción que toco a veces, especialmente cuando surge la necesidad. Gracias a Dios hay tantos talentos que han bendecido nuestros oídos con música hermosa y increíble. Todo lo que necesito hacer es elegir el que se adapte a mi estado de ánimo en cualquier momento y dejar que la melodía lleve mi alma por un viaje pacífico.
Caminando
Simplemente no puedo ser el único que piensa que caminar es subestimado. Salir de todas las oportunidades que tengo, tomar nota y admirar cualquier cosa en mi entorno que atraiga mi atención es sanar y puede mantener la paz dentro de mí.
Escribir
Escribir es la curación y mi lugar seguro. Es una de las mejores formas en que me comunico conmigo mismo. Dejar mis pensamientos aquí para que los demás lean, o simplemente anotárselos en mi diario, especialmente cuando todo se siente extraño, es terapéutico.
Estos y algunos otros son hábitos pequeños pero muy importantes que he formado con el tiempo que me mantienen en un mundo caótico.

The best way to have peace of mind is not to worry about anything, have quality time with what you love doing that will makes you worry less but rather makes you happy

You are right nothing is worth taking our peace away, even sometimes it's hard to stay focused because of the different challenges life throws at us. Just like you we all have to look for things that gives us peace of mind 💕

These are wonderful habits you maintain to protect your peace. I totally connect with every single one because I practice them myself. I like to eat healthy, music is usually my go-to and taking evening walks is one of my favorite things to do.

I like tiger nuts too. you’ve said it all. The world can be very annoying and just full of ups and down. But does it really matter? We can just ignore the world and look at just the things that make us happy. True inner peace.
Music is my thing too. These days I use good music to entice sleep my way. Also, to keep the negative thoughts away and focus on the positives. Well written my friend!

Muy buenos hábitos. La comida es muy importante, esta influye mucho en nuestro estado de animo, energía y salud, que bueno saber que le prestas especial atención.
