Hello hive, good day everyone welcome to my blog i will be sharing how i made a friend smile π₯° by changing his phone π± charging port.
I was in my place of work today when a friend comes in and complain about his charging port that it's needs replacement, the good news is i still more of that charging port on ground. I collected the phone which is Infinix x559 and start working on it.
I begin by loosing all the nut in the phone and open the phone π± with my tools
I bring out the battery and the charging port panel because i will be working on the charging port panel.
At this point we need some equipments to work on the small panel
The first equipment is to get our new charging port ready because with it we won't be able to do any work.
I move further to get my candle, normally it should be a rework station and not candle π―οΈ but then my rework station is faulty so i use candle to separate the bad charging port and replace it with new one
I move on to get my soldering paste and soldering led so the work can be smooth.
I also get lighter to light the candle
Finally the soldering iron which i will use to finish all the work .
So the work begin fully has i replaced the bad charging port with new one using all the equipments i mentioned earlier.
After along patients i successfully changed the bad one to new one and i text it.
I wait a while and charged the phone to 20 percent before i gave it back to the owner
I gave it out with a smile π on his face .
