It's like you said, we need to find a balance, we can't be "fire and iron" is an expression we have here in Brazil, which means exactly that, being extremists like, you are this or that and that's it.

We have to be calm, I think it's about encouraging people and re-educating them to understand how good it is and how helpful it is to have HP in their accounts and that if it's necessary to take something out, that should be done, but that maybe if possible, being able to keep something here will also help a lot.
