I can tell you that I have started deploying cash yesterday it is a small move to start, but I did buy 20k worth of BTC and BSOL ETFs in my self directed 403B...
My 403B is more of a set it and forget it sort of thing. I just let it ride.
I have a portion of that in the set and forget it, but I moved 2/3rds into self directed where I can buy things that are not available in our standard offering. I have at least 12-14 years till retirement so I will take a bet that BTC will be higher in 10 years...
