My wife and I are heading out to Colorado this summer and we decided to drive rather than fly. It will take a bit longer, but it just makes more sense for us. I think it will be less stressful too.
You cant beat driving, travelling in your own time and at your own pace. No queueing and waiting at the airport.. !
