Lolzz well we ladies love being ask what we like before getting us anything, you could have ask her the type of phone she love before proceeding, the choice is always ours ladies first 😏

I tried that. She said just get me something. She did the same thing with her car I bought a couple years ago. She said just bring home something.
Lolzzz maybe she love surprises we all do though. But the phone isnt bad in my opinion if its brand new. I think next time persuading her to tell you what she wants should be the next trick.
