Thank you! This birthday has been hitting me a bit harder than I anticipated. Like not a full on meltdown or midlife crisis, but just this underlying kind of sorrow that I can't quite put my finger on. I adjusted some of my crypto investments the other day to stop shooting the moon on those altcoins and sticking with more stable stuff like ETH and BTC. It just feels like the right move as we slog through this extended crypto winter.

You're welcome @bozz! I'm sorry to hear that you were feeling that sorrow on your birthday. Although I laugh thinking about it now but my 40th birthday made me feel that way. I just felt the world was passing me by on that particular birthday. Hopefully that feeling passes for you. That was a very smart decision to lower your exposure to alts. It seems the money (and attention) have moved away from them if they don't have real-world utility.
