I think it is pretty hard to leave the job you love and passionate about . Especially when it can support your everyday needs and still have some left. We introverts are trained to persevere in our daily life and it is a positive character we work alone and we work hard. We don't mind working alone I think that worker you mentioned was hurt but leaving his job was a bigger sacrifice than being at the bottom for sometime. We all have our time to shine !
