Irrespective of surgery we do age, and have to admit we cannot do what we did in out 20s. I just moved house and pretty much moved on my own with a wee wagon, as it was only 160 yards up the road. But I felt it and I did it over a month so I could take a break hehe!

Yeah... I know we should be positive, and getting older is "fun", more experienced, and other stuff... lol... And you are right about it... Slowing down is a new motto... :D
Speaking of slow... recovery goes like that... much slower than I expected and discovering different types of pain... lol...
There are so many not so good things about ageing that we have to grab the good things and be positive hehe! Pain ach it is all in the mind...
