Oh wow, I appreciate the dynamic on jumping across different topics as part of the discussion. Some of them are quite relatable as I do ponder about them. I think the approach of viewing crypto the other way round, as in fiat melting as opposed to crypto token rising because of some added value, is really spot on. Because when you see it that way, you also ask yourself what are you going to sell into when you cash out on profits in crypto? I guess better to hold more of this digital currencies, despite their volatility, than hold fiat.
Like someone else said in the post about real estate... The home prices went up in fiat, but they actually dropped in BTC!
And that's a great question... Where to cash out? To fiat? lol... In some way, I don't care too much about the cycles anymore... When I need cash, I exchange some crypto, but I will probably never sell all my crypto...
Same here too for me more or less. Betting more on crypto and only cashing out periodically and for necessities. Hopefully, the secular uptrend with crypto continues well into the future :)
