A rent increase of 20% is criminal , here in Holland we renters are protected by a max raise each year . i think it was 4.5% max .

Their excuse was a 3-year contract, which means 6-7% per year... but still, it just goes up... Btw. that was 2 years ago, and after checking the current prices, those 20% aren't too much! The "current pricing" for renting the same apartment is around 50% more than what we were paying... 😱
