From Early Morning Cleanup to Evening Church Setup | My Saturday Diary

Good day everyone and welcome to another edition of my Daily Diary Game. Accept my warm greetings from my side of the globe. I hope everyone is doing great today.
It was Saturday morning, a day usually meant for cleaning the lodge and carrying out other activities. When I woke up in the morning, I started hearing some noise around my window. When I looked outside, I noticed that my lodge mates were already cleaning the surroundings.

When the sun was coming out

It was already 6:15 AM, so I quickly jumped out of my bed to join the cleanup exercise. I did my part, and after some time everyone gathered outside discussing some of the challenges we are facing in the lodge, especially the water (sumo) and electricity issues.
By 10:45 AM, the sun was already out strongly, so I decided to go back inside to have my breakfast. I warmed my leftover rice and beans and ate. I was planning to go into the school premises later to charge my phone since there was no electricity in our lodge, but it wasn't yet time for me to go.

I stayed with my phone for a while until it was 12 noon, when I finally decided to go inside the school to charge my phone. After charging, I planned to head straight to the church to help set up things for Sunday Mass.
The sun was not too harsh during that period, so I trekked towards the college building where I normally charge my devices. When I got there, there was electricity available. I found a space, plugged in my phone and power bank, and waited there while they charged. I stayed until 5:30 PM before leaving for the church.

When I arrived at the church, I immediately started setting things up. Gradually, my colleagues began arriving one after another. Joining the church media team has really helped build my confidence in facing and working around people. Together, we worked on preparing the slides for the next Sunday service.

We were finally able to finish our work around 9:00 PM. After that, we all left the church premises at the same time and headed to our different homes. When I got home, I changed my clothes and ate the remaining food I had earlier in the morning. After that, I took my bath and went to bed since my network was very poor and I couldn't access the internet.

Today being 14/03/2026, it was a day with less stress, and I was able to fulfill my plans for the day. I look forward to sharing my next Diary Game entry with you all.
