Being an introvert, I like to avoid calls when trying to run errands. Live chats (not bot chats) work for me. Or an email, even though it's slower.

Hehehehe... We are on the same page... and to be honest, my favorite is live chat, where I can take my time to prepare a good reply, but not that slow to wait for a resolution for days (as with email sometimes) :)
