One thing I have learnt over time is to stay calm and take a deep breath, and never make decisions on impulse or when I am not able to think properly e.g. when I am panicking. Because such decisions are often bad and not thought through properly.

I know all the theory that you explained... But, I do have a problem implementing it in practice... 😂 I mean, in the end I do calm myself down and deal with it, but the "stage" (freaking out 😃) before can last shorter or longer... 🤣
