When it's Spring, I can't wait for summer to come... When it's summer, I can't wait for autumn, as this heat is unbearable... When it's autumn, can't wait for winter... Wait... I don't like winter... 😀 When it's autumn, I can't wait for winter to pass... 😃 You can't satisfy humans... We always want something more, something new, something that tomorrow will bring... Maybe that's good, as it keeps us "running", but on the other side prevent us from "living the moment"...
The wake-up call comes unexpectedly... a reminder... And I always get reminded about one specific saying...

Before the surgery, I had some plans boiling in my head regarding the summer and autumn this year... All of them involved travelling, which probably will not happen... Firstly, there was an idea of organizing a 3rd Hive meetup in Serbia this summer... Unfortunately, this will not happen, at least not with my participation... My recovery will last longer than expected, and summer holidays are coming to an end in August...
Secondly, HiveFest attendance... As we will have a "modest" version of it this year, and it will take place in Barcelona, Spain, there is a chance for me to be there... I should recover until then, but we will see...
Thirdly, there are some rumours about a British Hive meetup in October, but that's a bit of a long shot with the current state of crypto and my personal finances... 😃 As I have never visited the "island", I would like to go, but we will see how it goes... The good thing is that there are plenty of cheap budget airlines from here to there...
Big plans, a lot of uncertainty... Lying in bed gives me a few possibilities... Travelling through posts from other Hivians, or looking at my personal photo collection of previous Hive meetups... 😃 That's how I got to this photo above... It was taken last autumn, at the HiveBeecon in Krakow... Along with that one, I "cooled" myself viewing the photographs from our Sunday walk at the end of the event... It was cold, cloudy, and on the edge of raining, but it didn't... Btw... That's another collection that I "owe" you to share...

This week, we have mined 150 BEE tokens in total, 7 tokens less than a week before!

This pool doesn't charge fees, and you can earn up to 20% more by delegating to it!
What about the bonus tokens?
I will be honest with you... I don't know what's happening with the LEO token and the whole InLeo community, but I do know that the market is there, and you can sell tokens if you wish... Of course, if you have more information about it, and they are positive, you can keep them and sell when the price goes up... It's up to you...
There will be 135 LEO tokens distributed to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!
135 LEO tokens will be distributed as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 15.507%, and when we added the bonus, it went up to 18.677%!
I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens when creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price... Currently, the BUY side of the WORKERBEE tokens is very thin, and it's hard to calculate the middle price.

was wondering are you coming for vacation to Serbia.
it does feel a bit crazy how some things became so routine "we did some things inside you, of you go". My dad operated the same thing 2 years ago and i have a feeling they would let him go the same day, but kept him there mostly because of the anesthesia :)
well maybe we see each other in Barcelona. Is there any news about it. i missed a lot :)
It looks like we will not go to Serbia this summer, maybe in the winter... we will see...
Regarding operation, yeah, they had a plan to do the same with me... to let me go on the same day... But, as I live on the 3rd floor, no lift, they decided to keep me one night... I suppose they do it to have fewer expenses... Don't know how it was with your dad, but I left my home for a short walk after over a week... Today, after almost 2 weeks, I still can't do a walk longer than 15-20 min...
Not too much info... As I understood, it would be a casual meetup, but not sure how it will look... If you plan to come, let me know... I am a bit far from Barcelona, but if you want to check out Spain a bit more, you are welcome to come by... ;)
can't really remember, i know there were 2 options and he got the laser? so there were just small holes, no cuts. he also got a bright idea to play football after 20 years and torn 70% of his achilles just 2 months ago, and that feels like a worse recovery :D
i did refuse 2 photo jobs for that date, but still didn't book anything, and no plans for other vacations at the moment. i am just not sure do i know how to pack for planes :)

Good evening @ph1102, this year I hope to upload lots of travel photos... one would be for November, and I don't want to say anything so as not to spoil the trip... if I don't go, it would be the third time my wish to travel to that place hasn't come true. In a few days, I'll probably travel to Galicia to see the eclipse from there, although I still have to finalize some work-related things.
And as for meetups among fellow travelers, I'm sure there will be something in September. As you can see, I'm not lacking in travel enthusiasm... I hope some of the plans come to fruition. I also hope you feel better soon and are able to travel.

I’d love to go to a Hive meetup; I can’t wait for one to happen in this part of the world, hehe. As for summer vacation, for us it was back in early June, when we traveled to Chicago for our son’s graduation; I have a few posts to share with a summery vibe. For now, I still have a few weeks ahead of me in rainy, cold Bogotá, hehe, before heading back home.

Yeah, it takes time... When we just scratch our body, it takes time to recover... And these internal surgeries are much more invasive... 2 weeks have passed for me; I do feel better and can move more, but still have a few weeks to get back to "normal"...
recovery is a bitch indeed , a specially with this bloody heat . but i'm sure mrs piano will spil you wit iv=ce creams all day , and maybe even a cold beer if the medications allow that .
No ice-creams yet, as I have to keep away from coughing or sneezing... It would be painful to do it... :)
Coping with heat thanks to A/C... Not sure how I would survive without it! Those 40 degrees are knocking on the door again... ☀️
