Sun or Snow, Hot or Cold, Bull or Bear... .:. WorkerBee PH-Pool Week 252
Today, I'm sharing a bit different thumbnail for the post, and I want to spend a bit more time on it as it will serve later in the post too... (everything is connected... đ). So, believe it or not, these two photos were taken almost in the same minute, but they are so opposite to each other...

Yesterday morning, I was walking by the sea and decided to send this beach photo to my friend who lives in Munich, Germany... I know that they don't have too many sunny days during the year, so a bit of sun rays from a photo can raise his spirits... âïž What I didn't expect was to get his photo, from his early "walk", but with a completely different landscape... As it was a weekend, he took a small trip to the nearest mountain to enjoy the snow, skiing!
Also, he was joking when he sent his photo with a quote from a Serbian poet, Aleksa Ć antiÄ:
Ostajte ovdje!... Sunce tuÄeg neba
NeÄe vas grijat k'o ĆĄto ovo grije;
which would be something like this in English
Stay here!... The sun of another sky
Will not warm you like this;
The irony of that quote sent to me is that both of us have emigrated from our home country and have been living for over a decade in different parts of Europe... The poem (from which the quote is) is talking about the hard life outside your home country... So in a way, my "current" sun isn't "my sun", but his lack of sun isn't lack of this sun from a photo, but the one that we both miss sometimes...
The other view of this contrast was actually my main idea for creating this thumbnail... The same as for the sun, we can take a parallel with our (crypto) markets... When our bags are pumping, it's like enjoying the sun at the beach (or driving a Lambo đ)... On the other side, when our hodlings are going down, it's like the ugliest day ever, without the sun, being cold, raining, etc.
The truth is exactly like this thumbnail image... In every moment, in the same moment, we can have both... At one asset, we have a bull market, while in another, we are in the bull... Even if we look at crypto, something is pumping in every moment, despite most of the tokens having red days... We had BTC pump while alts were suffering... In one moment, we had a huge privacy coins pump, in another, RWA was pumping, etc.
The main question is... Are we investing enough time and resources to research the markets? To move from one to another? To recognize those "evergreen" projects that have real-life use cases beyond the speculation? If we do, we will be okay... Like that, even on winter days, we will stay warm...

What about the bonus tokens?
Regarding today's bonus token, it's not like the weather, but quite the opposite... The CTPSB token is designed in a way that goes up in value as it's backed up by HIVE... On the other side, if the HIVE goes down, it will follow, but only in the USD value... Sometimes, I like to compare it to the LST (liquid staking tokens) on some other blockchains, as they do follow the underlying assets with an additional percentage of growth...
There will be distributed 170 SPS tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!
2.7 CTPSB tokens will be distributed as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 12.029%, and when we added the bonus, it went up to 14.499%!
I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens when creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price...

Mogao sam iÄi u inostranstvo, imao sam puno prilika ali nikad nisam. Eurou sam proÄeĆĄkao cijelu ali nikad nisam bio dugo, najviĆĄe mesec-dva-tri, uvek sam se vraÄao kuÄi. Kod nas zadnjih nekoliko godina nije dobro ali joĆĄ uvek (za sada) bolje nego drugdje. Evo, skupljam sledeÄi Workerbee :)
Nije daleko od istine... Em sto drzava u kojoj sam se rodio vise ne postoji, em sto sam bio stranac od rodjenja, ali ipak, tamo sam odrastao, pa nekako to ostane duboko urezano...
A sto se tice odlaska, moram priznati da nisam imao neku "ceznju" za povratak nazad... Ali, kad smo se preselili u drugo mesto u Spaniji (prosle godine), jesam osetio nostalgiju za prethodnim mestom... hehehehe... Izgleda da more i priroda su ucinili svoje... đ

Thanks for the update and tokens! Over time, I think what works better for me is just to DCA on a fixed schedule so it smoothens out the cost during bull and bear markets, and because of that, sometimes I am not always happy in a bull market (DCA buys lesser units) and sometimes I am not always upset in a bear market (DCA buy more units). Hahahaha.
Likewise, my reply to your other comment... DCA is so an easy way to accumulate tokens/coins/wealth, and tbh, I have just recently begun to implement it... Until now, I was always thinking I can "see" where the bottom is, where to buy or sell... Now, I know that I have no idea about that... lol... đ
DCA saves the day! đ
I think DCA takes the emotion out of the buying/selling, and because of that, I don't have to "blame" myself for buying at the wrong timing even if it drops the next day.
You strike a longing with these photos from the beach, to us, who live in the regions where winter has arrived :-)
These days some fog is constantly there, you can't see the sky for days.

Honestly it's a deep parallel about weather and market situation. And all of us waiting that clear sunny sky will be on crypto market area!
