I remember doing the same title 2 years ago, but with a different observation... It was an invitation post for a #HHHLive show (Hive Humpday Hangout, a weekly show that I was doing in the Ecency Discord for some time), where the idea was to listen to the stories of participants, where they would share about leaving their "comfort zone"... This time I have something different in mind...

No, it's not about the dog who is in a comfortable/uncomfortable position... 😂 Btw. This is my favorite dog on one of my daily walking routes, and whenever I pass by that house, I have to search for him... It reminds me of a Colombo detective's dog! 😂 He is so slow, with his short legs, always lying around the yard of that house... Tbh, it's a bit sad too, as I never saw anyone playing with him... 😔

HIVE can be an uncomfortable place... Not just for newbies, but for many people... For small token holders, for whales, for authors, for curators, for developers, and for non-developers... It's weird to admit, but sometimes, even when you're free to do whatever you want to do, you just don't do it... Even when we yell FREEDOM, we need someone to push us to do it...
I was participating in the last Witness Townhall, and I did mention something I could reflect on in this post too... I was talking about many ideas Achim and I are having, and a lot of discussions behind closed doors about them... A lot of doubts about even deploying them... I remember the time when I was younger; I would plant an idea in my head, develop it to a certain level, and just do it! No overthinking, no calculating too much... And to be honest, it worked out many times...
With a lot of life experiences, getting myself into an "uncomfortable" position is getting harder and harder... Which reminds me of this GIF... 😃

Unfortunately, life takes care of many things, and in this case, it pushes us into uncomfortable positions whenever it can... 😃 Back to HIVE... I would like to present this place to "non-Hivians" as a decentralized place... Technically, it is... As the HIVE blockchain is hosted on different nodes all around the globe... But on the other hand, we have a bad token distribution, and with our chain "setup", those with a big stake are a bit "more free" than others...
I already raised concerns about the recent additional token inflation caused by the low HIVE price, and that's something that can make even whales uncomfortable... A low price means that someone could grab a lot of tokens and make themselves a whale... For some, this sounds scary and awful; for others, positive and encouraging...
But where is the truth? Knowing that many times when I left my comfort zone, it was a positive experience, with so many life benefits, I would say that it's good to feel uncomfortable... Especially if you try to build a DECENTRALIZED chain and DECENTRALIZED social network... If you CAN'T control it, if you can't decide ALONE on different proposals and development direction, that's a good sign that you are doing things RIGHT...
It sounds scary to leave control to someone else, but it is needed for a healthy society...

Let's see the WorkerBee Pool numbers for this week...
This week, we have mined 144 BEE tokens in total, 21 tokens fewer than the previous week! It was too hard to beat another record!
This week we didn't get new delegators! As usual, we got additional delegations from old members! Thanks for your continuous support, guys and girls! I really appreciate it!
This pool doesn't charge fees, and you can earn up to 20% more by delegating to it!

What about the bonus tokens?
Time for some LEO tokens to be shared with you guys... I didn't hear anything new about the InLEO crew or anyone who is still using their frontends, but I do see posts with their footer... Despite having different opinions from others, it's good to have different frontends available for people to use... It's a pity that the LEO token is struggling even more than other cryptos, but it is what it is... Maybe the team behind it will change tokenomics, implement new use cases, and revive it!
There will be 220 LEO tokens distributed to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!

220 LEO tokens will be distributed as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 11.815%, and when we added the bonus, it went up to 14.191%!
I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens when creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price... Currently, the BUY side of the WORKERBEE tokens is very thin, and it's hard to calculate the middle price.
Do you want to sponsor the PH-Pool with your tokens, receive a short SPONSORED segment in this post, and raise awareness about your front-end or dApp? Please let me know in the comment section or contact me through Discord or Twitter, and we will find the best solution for both parties...

If you want to join the WorkerBee PH-Pool, the only thing that you have to do is to STAKE tokens to YOUR account and DELEGATE your staked WORKERBEE tokens to THIS account (@ph1102)! Every week, you will get your portion of mined BEE tokens and BONUS rewards!
.:. DO NOT STAKE TOKENS TO MY ACCOUNT!!! Just DELEGATE! .:.

If you have any questions, please leave them in the comment section!
You can find more about this pool in the initial post here https://ecency.com/hive-119826/@ph1102/workerbee-p-h-ool-let-s-help-each-other.
Thank you for your time.

I think if we want it to grow and remain decentralized, we probably have to accept some uncertainty and give other people room to influence its direction.
Well said! Leaving room for others is the point of decentralization... Listening to the community and moving the ship according to that...
