The calculation made by friendlymoose, that it is equal to the HP of whales, compared to other smaller accounts, is OK, but how to interpret the delegation of HP, which again is mostly available to whales?

No worries, man... We all have different schedules and obligations... There will be more occasions... :)
HP delegations are also a very important factor to consider, but it depends on the type of support you seek... Anyway, I would like to insist that delegating to big whales does no good to the "smaller fish," as it "destroys" a better distribution of future tokens (among other effects)... But, his idea isn't bad and it could help a small project... Not everyone asks for thousands of dollars; sometimes they need just a small push to continue their work...
