Blame game that is what happened to me on my current job. Context I'm working on gaming company. Started as a player then working for them, I'm passionate about the game I look out for players. I have the responsibility to be truthful with players but the company doesn't want to do that and they breach the contract. We reach a tipping point last night because it's just a waste of time. Idk what's gonna happen next to them. I hope it's not another Concord or Assassins Creed Shadow that burns to the ground before lunch.
While I was reading your comment, I reflected on my current thinking regarding HIVE and some of the DHF proposals out there... I have to be truthful to myself first, and if I don't like something, voting for it just because someone ASKED me, or pushed me to do is completely irresponsible... Or, even worse, to be bribed to vote for something that is bad for me, and the community! Just to get short-term gains... That sucks, and that happens a lot...
Similar to your experience... Instead of helping out players, and accepting ideas, your company decided to go oppositely... I suppose chasing the profits...
The lack of a long-term vision is killing the society...
