When have you completely misjudged someone upon first meeting them and later discovered that they are much better or much worse than you originally thought?

I must say, being an introvert, has sometimes saved me from the evil of man.
I remember when I was in higher institution, there is this male lecture we had, he should be in his early 60s, so I had always used the eye any younger person would use in looking at an elder.

To me, he is way different from the others, in the sense that, he is strict, and follows rules, he makes sure every of his lectures we perfectly sent across to us his students.

We usually have course advisors at the school, that made me have the opportunity of meeting him one on one, plus we usually submit our forms to him directly to avoid grading marks to students that where not present in class.

And so I went to submit that faithful day as well as so many others, we usually submit one at a time, when I went in to submit mine, I was told to sit down, of which I did.

Later, he asked me,how my other courses where going, if am doing well in them, and I told him yes, I discovered the topics where pulling into an uncomfortable end and him trying to touch me, and so I immediately stood up and said the bus is about leaving, that's how I step out of that situation without hesitation.

I told my friend and course mate who was much older about it, and she told me to avoid him at all cause, if possible,and so i did.

From that day forward my view on him changed, I made sure to avoid being in certain situations that would compromise me, and hold that as a lesson towards all other lectures.

It's a good thing I never picked that department, as where I will present my final project, because he was the head of department.

It's funny how most lectures would want to test you, hoping that we will fall.

I also had another female lectures who was the head of department of pharmaceutical chemistry, when she came for the first time to introduce herself to us, we where so scared of all her rules, it turns out, she was the best thing that ever happened to us in that department.

We understood pharmaceutical chemistry more, and her mode of exams where easier to answer, plus she was very fair in her grading, compared to other lectures in her department.
