If given a chance, what type of business would you like to put up, and why?
As years roll by, too many ideas came to my mind. But of late, I really liked the idea of home-cooked meals. Here, too many people going for work prefer more of home based meals than hotel meals.
Two things came to my mind, when I saw this wonderful prompt. One a reading club, for the young and old and other a small catering from my home at my convenience. Just a one time meal in the afternoon.
Reading club I preferred just because there are too many aged people in my place either with no work or with no place to go. Just sitting idle, in their homes, rocking in their chair. Infact, when given an opportunity, may be, they can visit the reading club and interact with people of their age
When it comes to young minds, the children here are more smart to acquire information by any means and as their are no such clubs nearby, reading clubs could help them a lot. I tried this before the covid period, but due to shortage of funds and less resource, I dropped this idea.
It was during the covid period, I tried my skills in cooking and it worked out. Most of my recipes are from organic vegetables and fruits I have in my garden. One day one of my friend whome I invited for dinner said '_why don't you you make this a busines_s"? She was infact, stating that organic food right from our kitchen is what peoples prefer. So she said me to work on one pot meal.
Here, in my place, many of them prefer hot rice with curries, sour curd with two or three side dishes. But I never got the right guidance, as how to start with it, though I watch too many YouTube channel regarding this. May be one day, I wish I will make it to my expectations, though late.
The picture posted is a meal, a common meal, in my place, on my visit to a restaurant.
