I would pick the option to to forget everything but find the same people around me reincarnated just like me. Yeah I picked this option because in as much as memories are good to keep the people who made those memories happen are also worth it. For example, my current boss at work that lady is a very nice, down to earth, no nonsense kind of person. In fact she is so lovely, God bless her, for a lady like that I might not really remember all that has happened in the past, all the times where she related with me like her sister or the times where she would scream at me and later but me food. Those for sure are good memories but with the same person present in your life, I bet she would still do the exact same thing she did in her past life so far her identity and personality did not change .
Even if I met people like my siblings and family members that I had sweet and sour memories with and it happens to be majorly sour memories I would still choose to forget everything but find the same people around me reincarnated just like me. Time where I wished I was never born into a family like that because of the time my parents and siblings have beaten the hell out of me, I feel if I reincarnate even without those memories I'm so sure I can be able to avoid a lot of things that happened in the former life.
