I must admit, I wasn't very good at on-boarding and those I had were not suited to naturally create original content without getting into trouble. Treasuree could have a natural talent in promoting Hive, a skill Hive needs most of all from here on in.
I tend to watch for newbie accounts. Offer some advice and make sure to welcome new bloggers as a part of my daily tasks.
