The word "SORRY" has a deep meaning, it's not a common word, but people sees it as common word, some people will just say it without feeling remorse, "SORRY" IS COMMON TO PEOPLE UNTIL IT COMES OUT FROM A DOCTOR'S MOUTH 😢

I totally agree with you. “Sorry” feels differently coming from a doctor.
