From the religious perspective we should forgive others and I also agree with it. But in my opinion forgiveness means let it go for inner peace, it doesn't mean the second chance to others of trusting on same person twice. Don't you think so?

Yes, you are right. What happens the first time shouldn't happen again, even though you might watch the person for the benefit of a second chance but one must be careful this time around.
