There's a woman I know who is quite similar to you. She dreams of things that are about to happen (death, someone giving birth, etc). She said it's kind of a blessing and a curse and sometimes, she doesn't know how to deal with it, especially when she sees a person dying in her dreams.
Maybe soon, you and your neighbor will make up and become good friends and perhaps, she will change for the better :)

It's comforting to know I'm not alone in this. Honestly, it's hard to deal with when I know someone is dying and I don't know what to do; I'm just learning how to accept this as part of me and hope that someday I will find a way around this.
As for my neighbor, my fingers are still crossed as of now, hehe
