Hello everyone, it's with great pleasure that I welcome you to my blog

In life, we have good days and not-so-good days, I think that on a not-very-good day, eating something special — a typical dish, a dessert, a delicious snack — manages to raise those spirits, I would love for you to share a recipe for that wonderful dish that makes the joy return and makes your day better

There are several reasons why someone may have good and not so good days: Mood swings: Our moods can naturally shift day to day because of some factors like hormonal changes, the quality of sleep, stress, and what we think about. This can cause a glaring change in our energy, concentration and outward look, most importantly the food we eat has a lot to do with our mood if it makes one happy or not, I eat some food sometimes not because I like it but I don't want to go hungry.

Life is made up of both of these days. I wish there was a balance, but there’s not. Some seasons are made up of mostly good days, but some are made up of mostly not so good days and one needs to do something to come out of days that are not encouraging. The fact that you have had good days doesn’t make the bad days hurt less. The truth is when you finally have good days, you forget about the bad days, it erases the bad mood.

On one of my not so good days I love to take snacks and take my mind off bad memories. I eat Chin chin. Chinchin is a popular West African snack that combines flour, sugar and butter to create a light and crispy treat, some prefer when it is a little bit hard and am one of them😊.

I prefer the fried one and just love the sound while eating it and the fact that it lasts longer. This delicious snack can be enjoyed with any soft drink of choice or simply on its own. I love the taste and the good feeling it gives me.I usually order it from a friend.
