Alt text: Images are of a white wax jar candle. The candle has a wax flower on top that looks like a carnation or a rose. In one image the candle is lit. There is also a close up of the wax flower.

This is another candle my husband got on after Valentine's day clearance. I am not sure what this brand's name is. Sometimes the label simply says "Dessert candle". Her it just says "Blooming Affection" These candles are generally sold at supermarkets or drug stores. I think the average retail price is $8-$12. My husband got this for like 50% maybe 75% off.
It does smell like flowers. More like a bouquet than an individual flower. To me it kind of smells like roses and carnations. These candles generally have a medium-strong scent throw. Soy wax so the jar is easy to clean and re use.
If you ever want to clean a jar after a candle has burned I recommend hot water (like for coffee/tea) and dish soap. let it soap for about 10 minutes and it comes right off. I then wipe it with a paper towel. his works best for oil based waxes soy. coconut etc but also works on paraffin too, just not quite as well.
