Girls Night Out👩🏽‍❤️‍👩🏽

My friends and I have this tradition of writing a to-do list of activities we want to try out. Most times we’re barely in the same space and either busy with work so we put in extra effort to keep our friendship going.

One way we bond is ticking things off our bucket list. We do more of activity dates, cinemas and so many other fun activities.
One of our favorites is to visit new restaurants and just generally try out their menu.

Recently, I traveled to the same city where one of my close friends live. This restaurant called ‘buttermilk’ has been on our bucket list so we definitely had to try it out.

The plan was to meet up at her house and do brunch but it ended up being dinner because we were late from all the catching up.

At first glance I fell in love with the ambiance. It had this cozy feel and it was a really private space. The perfect kind of environment for someone who’s an introvert. It was smaller than what we saw online but it was still very beautiful regardless.
I also really liked the prominent neutral colors and the lighting is also very great for pictures and content.

We arrived really late and only limited meals was left on their menu.

For starters, I ordered for the strawberry milkshake while my friend ordered the vanilla one. We also ordered some beef tacos. It took about 20 minutes to get ready.

I like to try out meals I’m familiar with when I go to restaurants, just to be on a safer side. It was a three course meal so we selected a main dish as well.

I personally loved my strawberry milkshake because I’m a big sweet tooth. Mine was loaded with strawberries and blueberries and also had sprinkles of candies on it.
My friend liked hers too.
The tacos was super yummy, they were generous with their protein and it was really filling. I liked that it had fresh lettuce in it and a dip sauce.

Our main dish came after almost 30 minutes.
I ordered their Linguine tomato pasta with extra spice and my friend got Penne tomato pasta with extra spice as well.

There were both our favorite meals of the night, filled with generous amount of sauce with chicken bits in it. It wasn’t too spicy but at the same time it was as spicy as we wanted. The honey glazed chicken wings we got alongside was just perfect for it.

Overall we enjoyed our meal, got the value for our money and we took beautiful pictures as well

Still one of the favorite restaurants I’ve been to. Not only do they have great food and ambience, their customer service is on a 100. Their staff are well trained, very polite and always smiling.
One of the waitress gladly offered to take pictures of my friend and I, it was so cute.

They got a tip from us and I referred them to a lot of my friends.
