My journey into the world of K-pop wasn't really intentional, because I didn't even know that such a thing existed. It all started with a high school K-drama musical, "Dream High," that I watched.
The drama was all about the lives of six high school students who worked really hard to become stars. Before watching the drama, I didn't know Koreans had this part of them; it was only their dramas I had recently been introduced to. After that, I watched another drama, "You're Beautiful," where a girl pretends to be her twin brother and joins the band A.N.JELL and i love how the idols in the movie sang so beautifully.

This sparked my curiosity about K-pop. I wanted to know more about it, so I searched YouTube and came across some good music, but I seriously can't remember who those artists were or the songs I listened to, but I just knew I enjoyed what I heard and watched them. I began to explore various artists on YouTube.
Now, I am hooked on some interesting and beautiful groups and artists like BLACKPINK, BTS, Suzy, Stray Kids, and the like. I can't even say I have a favorite because different artists keep producing and releasing refreshing songs. I can proudly say that I am a K-pop fan. I must say that listening to K-pop has, to an extent, become a source of joy for me.
I don't know if it's just me or there are other K-pop fans out there who also feel this way, but listening to K-pop has really had a positive impact on me; those upbeat K-pop tracks just have a way of elevating one's mood and energy levels. Some of those love theme songs just make you feel mushy mushy, and you want to be in love over and over again.
Even my daughter has become a fan after watching demon hunters there's no song in the movie that she can't sing.
K-pop just has a way of making you connect to every part of the music.
THANK YOU FOR READING TO THE END 🤗
